Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified HR Business Partner to manage all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in HR practices and employee relations. You will collaborate with senior management to present innovative ideas and propose solutions while considering budgetary constraints.

Ultimately, your role will involve acting as a consultant on human resources management and facilitating organizational change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise line management and provide daily HR support
  • Examine trends and metrics within the HR department
  • Address complex employee relations challenges and resolve grievances
  • Collaborate closely with management and staff to enhance workplace relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention
  • Offer guidance on HR policies
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identify training requirements for teams and individuals
  • Assess training programs for effectiveness
  • Propose new HR strategies
