Position Summary: We are currently in search of a highly qualified Residential Security Specialist - Armed, who possesses a strong background in law enforcement, military service, or executive protection. This role demands a professional who can deliver top-tier security services while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver concierge-level security for residential estates of high-profile clients and their families.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid CA BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit.
- Current CA BSIS Guard Card.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Residential Estate Security with high-net-worth individuals.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication abilities.
- Capacity to remain calm and responsive in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to adapt to varying shifts and overtime as required.
- Physical fitness and a polished personal appearance are essential.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in Military or Law Enforcement with leadership experience.
- Prior experience in client-facing security roles.
- Medical training (e.g., EMT, Paramedic).
- Experience in security operations, including remote monitoring and emergency response.
- Training in defensive tactics and tactical firearms.
