Company Background: Black Box Security Inc. is a specialized security agency focused on providing elite protection services for high-net-worth individuals. Our offerings encompass a variety of security solutions, including personal protection, international travel security, and production safety.
Role Responsibilities: In the capacity of a Residential Estate Protection Officer, your primary duty will be to ensure the safety and security of prominent clients and their families, with a strong emphasis on maintaining confidentiality.
Essential Qualifications:
- Possession of a Current CA BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit and Guard Card
- Valid driver's license
- At least 2 years of experience in Residential Estate Security
- Able to thrive in dynamic environments
- Strong ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in managing high-pressure situations
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime
- High physical fitness level and professional demeanor
- Experience in sustained physical activity and various fitness tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Military or Law Enforcement with leadership experience
- Experience in client-facing security roles
- Medical training (e.g., EMT, Paramedic)
- Familiarity with security functions such as remote surveillance, access management, and emergency response
- Training in Emergency Medicine, defensive tactics, arrest techniques, and tactical firearms
