Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to support our field service technicians and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Service Calls: Schedule and coordinate service calls to available field service technicians and/or route calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Client Communication: Maintain ongoing communications with current clients in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity in our E-Automate service system by completing work within the proper time-frame.
  • Service Call Follow-up: Follow-up with the customer on service calls when complete by providing prompt guidance.
  • Open and Pending Service Calls: Responsible for communication on all open and pending service calls to customer.
  • Defective Parts Repair Claims: Process defective parts repair claims when necessary.
  • Supply Replenishment: Responsible for supplies replenishment orders for our print management contracts.
  • Invoicing: Invoicing of Print Management Agreements & Service Agreements.
  • Customer Database: Verify and maintain customer contact and database information.
  • Shipping: Responsible for handling light shipping of parts and supplies utilizing the UPS system.
Requirements
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), email and on the phone.
  • Organizational Skills: Must possess a great attitude, have excellent organizational skills and time/task management skills to prioritize & make decisions.
  • Leadership: Must confidently provide work direction to field personnel and improve performance outcomes.
  • Experience: Two to 3 years + related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or equivalent combination of education and experience.
