Anesthesiologist Position in DC/Suburban Maryland

The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is a leading healthcare provider in the region, serving over 800,000 members in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
We are seeking a full-time specialist in Anesthesiology to join our team at Largo Medical Center. As a member of our collaborative healthcare delivery model, you will have access to advanced technological tools and comprehensive practice support.
Eligible for a $150,000 forgivable loan or $150,000 in student loan repayment as a new hire incentive, our physicians are salaried and enjoy a simplified compensation structure without the complexities of multiple insurers or fee-for-service.
What You Can Expect:
This position is listed as a 0.8FTE, equivalent to 32 hours per week, and is reflected in the salary listed below. You will work on average 40-45 hours a week, with the option to work more for extra pay or time off.
Case Mix:
Orthopedics, Gynecology, General Surgery, ENT, Bread & Butter Pediatrics, Spine, OB, endoscopy, and EP. No open hearts or trauma.
Minimum Requirements:
MD or DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesia, Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, and Work visa sponsorship available for eligible applicants.

The starting annual salary for this position is $360,000, considering an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
