Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service: Provide exceptional member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of associates to achieve sales goals, resolve member complaints, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the member service area, including handling claims and returns, zoning the area, and maintaining inventory levels.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in operating front-end equipment.
