Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Operating Engineer to join our team at the Andover Building K site. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of critical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, and implementing a robust reliability program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in work order management, creation, and oversight with the site Facilities Coordinator and planner.
  • Support the creation of new PMs and correctives, and push team members to identify and suggest new correctives.
  • Oversight and engagement with overall maintenance and repair operations, including routine repair and maintenance at the site.
  • Conduct periodic rounds and data gathering at the site, and assist in coordinating and scheduling vendors.
  • Work with the Facilities manager to manage contracts and determine vendor PM frequency.
  • Implement a robust EHS culture, and ensure the team is autonomous in execution of safety documentation.
  • Support EHS in LOTO training and practical exams as needed, and assist in implementing a robust reliability program.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or state equivalent required.
  • Two years of related trade schooling or equivalent.
  • Prior experience maintaining a high-tech or modern facility is highly desirable.
Working Environment

The working environment is a pharmaceutical research development and office location.
