About the Opportunity

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Adoption Services Coordinator to join our team at Asociación Puertorriqueños en Marcha Inc. in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising up to five Adoption Case Managers, completing 40 hours of training in the first year and 20 annually thereafter, and providing adoption trainings and social services for adoptive families.

You will also be responsible for managing adoption service intake, assignments, caseloads, performance, and corrective action. Additionally, you will ensure that case files are up-to-date and in accordance with agency, county, and state regulations.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Benefits include health insurance, vision and dental plans, basic life insurance, 403B retirement plan, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance program, and more.

Requirements for this role include a minimum of two years of experience in adoption and supervisory positions in Philadelphia County, preferably in the Hispanic community. A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is also required.
