About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and making recommendations to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and styling options.
  • Utilize point-of-sale technology to process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance activities to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
