Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at MEAS Active. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, providing expert product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Engage with guests in a personalized and respectful manner, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and usage.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including restocking, replenishing, and relocating products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
