Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Sunnyside. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, educating customers on our products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, including their benefits, features, and usage.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs, providing personalized recommendations and guidance.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
