Fleet Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Administrative Assistant to join our team at Primoris Power Delivery, where you will be responsible for carrying out various administrative tasks related to equipment and fleet management across different business units.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will verify the accuracy of asset transfers, execute transfers, and maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet management data systems. They will also generate and distribute scheduled reports related to sales and rental equipment contracts with vendors.
You will be working closely with the dispatch team to ensure timely equipment moves and processing internal forms for equipment management.
- You will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- You must communicate effectively with the team and possess high technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
