Key Responsibilities:
Assess assigned patients and develop, execute, and document nursing care plans.

Provide exceptional nursing care through assessment, planning, execution, and documentation while catering to a diverse patient demographic with intricate health issues.

Conduct various patient assessments and administer medications within the registered nurse's scope of practice.


Encourage patient autonomy by setting care objectives and educating patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-management skills.

Utilize experience and judgment to strategize and achieve objectives.

Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

Professional Experience:
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse is required.

Licensure:
Possession of a valid PA Registered Nurse License.
