About the Job

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement effective growth strategies to increase occupancy rates and build referral networks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, managed care organizations, and other healthcare providers
  • Lead a talented team of business development professionals to achieve their goals and grow professionally

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with facility leaders and department heads to ensure our care aligns with what our referral sources, residents, and families need
  • Set and track goals to ensure our efforts align with our growth targets
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards
