Job Description

As Skilled Nursing Facility Expansion Lead, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our skilled nursing facilities through strategic partnerships, innovative marketing, and exceptional customer service.

You will lead a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets, build strong relationships with referral sources, and drive occupancy growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Create and implement plans to increase occupancy rates, build referral networks, and expand our presence in the market.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, managed care organizations, and other healthcare providers.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Guide, motivate, and develop a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets and grow professionally.

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year.
