Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex electronic products in customers' homes
  • Install new appliances and electronics, ensuring proper functionality and safety
  • Manage routes, part orders, and returns to minimize costs and losses
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and exceeding expectations
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory and vehicle maintenance
  • Offer alternative solutions to customers who decline repair services
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience delivering, installing, or repairing consumer electronic products
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service or in-home services environment
  • 1 year of experience in the electronics industry
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Current, valid driver's license
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Have and maintain a driving record that meets Best Buy safety standards
  • Able to lift 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and up to 150 pounds with help
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience, including resolution of complex issues
