Beacon Staffing Alternatives, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and driving business growth through strategic staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intake, eligibility screening, and continual job readiness assessments with participants to ensure they have the resources and support needed to obtain and retain employment.
  • Develop and implement individualized employment service plans to help participants achieve their professional, personal, and academic goals.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to participants, helping them become involved in their own well-being and vested in their own successes.
  • Collaborate with participants to identify and remove barriers to employment, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • Conduct outreach to participants through home visits and other re-engagement strategies to ensure they are progressing towards their goals.
  • Maintain detailed case notes, update attendance logs, and submit weekly reports to ensure timely and accurate tracking of participant progress.
  • Refer clients to vocational trainings, technical skills classes, and other certification programs to enhance their employability.
  • Meet weekly, quarterly, and annual enrollment and job placement numbers to ensure the success of our programs.
  • Model professionalism and inclusiveness, cultivating a safe environment for career development and motivating clients to find full-time employment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-year degree, relevant experience, and/or advanced studies in social services is preferred.
  • One to three (1-3) years of experience working with clients/participants in a workforce development, social services, or community-based context is required.
  • Experience developing individualized service and/or employment plans for participants is a plus.
  • Experience and/or passion for serving individuals from disadvantaged and underserved populations, including but not limited to public assistance recipients, justice-involved individuals, persons with physical and/or mental disabilities, and individuals experiencing homelessness is a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and/or SharePoint is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, sound judgment, and strong organizational skills are essential.
