Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Estimation
    • Accurately estimate the costs associated with commercial HVAC projects, including equipment, materials, labor, and other related expenses.
    • Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare project time, cost, and labor estimates.
    • Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing data and ensure competitive costing.
  • Project Management
    • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow from initiation to completion.
    • Track and monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during a project, ensuring minimal disruptions and maintaining client satisfaction.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to determine areas of improvement and ensure continual growth and learning.
  • Client Relations
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Must be a local candidate from Riverside, CA, or surrounding areas.
  • A stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC estimating and project management.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools used for estimation and project management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
