Job Overview

Sphere Mechanical Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Foreman to lead our team of installers. In this critical role, you will oversee the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring safe and efficient project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and diagnosing complex issues.
  • Oversee a team of installers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to company, product, and engineering specifications, as well as established safety guidelines.
  • Conduct quality testing and inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • May authorize equipment, supplies, and parts purchases.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Journeyman Certification Required: Completion of an accredited journeyman program.
  • Proficient knowledge in pipefitting, sheetmetal work, brazing, and refrigerant line sets.
  • 4 years of Journeyman experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman.
  • Certification of AA Degree from an HVAC program.
  • Thorough knowledge of functional areas under supervision.
