Inventory Associates play a vital role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked with the products our customers desire. Daily responsibilities encompass receiving, tagging, sorting, and efficiently moving merchandise throughout the store. You will significantly contribute to the effective management of merchandise flow from the stockroom to the sales floor, which is essential for achieving positive outcomes for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Accept shipments and transport goods from the receiving area to the backroom.

+ Process, tag, store, relocate, and showcase merchandise.

+ Stock, arrange, and display new products on the sales floor.

+ Execute additional tasks as assigned by management as needed.

We offer a competitive wage, flexible hours, and an employee discount. Part-time associates, based on hours worked, may qualify for Burlington's benefits package, which includes medical coverage and a 401(k) plan. Part-time associates may also be eligible for up to 4 hours of paid time off annually after one year of service, up to 8 paid holidays, and paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws. We are a rapidly expanding brand and provide various training and development opportunities for our associates to advance with us.
