We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join Behavioral Health Associates (BHA) in maintaining and repairing school facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and functional learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Routine inspections of buildings and grounds, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintenance of equipment, supplies, building structure, and building grounds.
  • Timely response to maintenance requests and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Year-round maintenance, including lawn mowing, snow removal, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Preferred experience in job-related fields.
  • The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Knowledge and ability to utilize hand tools and power tools.
  • Troubleshooting complex problems and implementing solutions.
  • A basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing is preferred.
  • The ability to use small office equipment and computers.
