Job Overview

KOP Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual to take on the entry-level role of Client Support within our dynamic Client Support team. This position offers extensive hands-on training, personalized mentorship, and opportunities for professional development through our comprehensive account management training program.

As a Client Support Associate, you will be equipped with the skills to mentor new account managers and lead a team of customer service and sales representatives to meet sales objectives while upholding our high standards of customer service. You will facilitate team meetings and conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to foster growth and performance. Additionally, you will assess the delegation of tasks to Account Managers based on their learning capabilities, ensuring optimal team efficiency.

  • Regularly report to senior management on the status of leads, proposals, pipeline performance, and ongoing negotiations.

Qualifications Required:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred; relevant hands-on experience will also be considered.
  • The ability to excel in a competitive environment alongside fellow Account Managers.
  • Previous work or internship experience in business development, sales, or account management is advantageous.
  • Exceptional capability to build credibility with senior executives.
  • Proficient computer and internet research skills are beneficial within our organization.
  • Strong communication, writing, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential.
