Position Overview:

The Customer Support Specialist will deliver assistance and technical support to both internal and external clients. You will leverage your skills in MS Azure hosting and MS SQL, while also engaging with various technologies including Oracle databases, Elasticsearch, web servers, mobile devices, printers, tablets, and Crystal Reports. This role involves the implementation of new systems and upgrades for both hosted and on-premises clients.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in computer science or possess equivalent experience. We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service setting is preferred
  • Proficient in:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Server Administration
  • Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Log file examination
  • XML/JSON
