POSITION SUMMARY: The Patient Transportation Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transport of patients to and from healthcare facilities using a company vehicle. This position requires close attention to the needs of patients and collaboration with healthcare staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.
  • Ensure the vehicle's fuel levels are adequate using the provided gas card.
  • Collaborate with other team members to facilitate patient care.
  • Exhibit professionalism and courtesy at all times.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Approval from insurance providers.
  • Completion of a motor vehicle background check.
  • Participation in random drug screening.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
