**Job Summary**

As a Kitchen Prep at Bob Evans, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including meats, fish, poultry, gravies, soups, and vegetables. Your duties will include following recipes and storyboards, cutting, broiling, sautéing, and frying food items, as well as practicing safe food handling and performing clean up tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for unpacking and organizing received goods in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Follow recipes and storyboards to prepare and cook a variety of dishes
• Cut, broil, sauté, and fry food items
• Practice safe food handling and perform clean up tasks
• Unpack and organize received goods in a timely manner
