Role Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Lead Personal Lines Account Specialist is to enhance client satisfaction and ensure retention by delivering prompt, consistent, and high-quality service for a diverse and intricate portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all account-related transactions, including applications, quotes, identification cards, proposals, summaries, endorsements, binders, billing, and correspondence for personal lines accounts.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling.
  • Conduct comprehensive account reviews with clients, helping them recognize coverage gaps and providing tailored solutions.
  • Maintain and update all client records within our technology platforms.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive insights by participating in departmental meetings, reviewing company communications, and attending relevant webinars.
  • Utilize company systems and processes to prioritize workload effectively, including delegating tasks to Account Assistants.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new employees in personal lines.

Qualifications:
  • Expertise in High-Net-Worth personal lines coverage, underwriting, and rating.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on service delivery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Experience with Agency Management Systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • A minimum of 5 years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in an Account Manager role.
