Job Summary

The Universal Banker provides exceptional service and support to clients, the Bank's Relationship Banking team, and other business lines of CrossFirst Bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open and maintain personal and business checking, savings, and CD accounts
  • Perform banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Complete account maintenance tasks, such as address changes and debit card requests
  • Assist with account openings, CD renewals, and account maintenance for Relationship Banking and other business lines
  • Provide guidance on banking products and services, including cross-selling opportunities
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Participate in business development strategies, including bank promotions and community involvement
Requirements
  • Knowledge of personal and private banking deposit products and processes
  • Prior experience in a similar role within retail banking services
  • Knowledge and experience with bank processing software
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with office automation equipment
  • Bachelor's degree with exposure to accounting or finance courses
Work Environment

Days and hours of work are M-F, typically an 8 hour shift between 7:30am-5:30pm. The position will rotate between opening and closing.
