B2B Sales Specialist in Construction

We are seeking a seasoned B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers within the construction industry.
About the Role
This Outside Sales role involves attending meetings in territory while working from a home office. You will be provided with a smartphone, tablet, laptop computer, and product samples to support your sales efforts. Our company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including Medical, Dental, 401k, and Profit-Sharing plans. You will also have the opportunity to participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
Collaborate with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure client satisfaction
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our company's products and services
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction industry
Strong understanding of the construction industry, including products, services, and market trends
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market research
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
