Sales Manager for Boutique Fitness Studio

At Stretch Zone, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Studio Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, leads, and prospects
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
- Conduct effective grass roots and community marketing events
- Sell memberships and drive sales growth
Requirements:
- Proven sales leadership and experience in sales and marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with regional manager or studio owner
- Experience in customer relationship management and customer service
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve and motivate others in memberships sales
