Job Description:

Advantage Solutions, a leading business solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the HR operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing, updating, and maintaining Oracle payroll systems for payroll changes.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in in-house payroll systems, with a strong understanding of federal and state wage & labor laws. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, are also essential. You must be able to communicate effectively, work independently, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and update Oracle payroll systems for payroll changes
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state wage & labor laws
  • Prepare files for management balancing and approval evidence
  • Analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Provide payroll information to employees and management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in in-house payroll systems
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
