Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Payroll Reporting: Handle payroll reporting and ensure all payroll-related taxes are filed accurately and on time.
  • Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certification: Certification such as CCP (Certified Payroll Professional) or similar (preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience as a payroll manager.
  • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software, specifically ADP.

Location

The ideal candidate will be based in Southern CA, but location requirements may vary depending on client needs. Roles could be remote, hybrid, or onsite.


Compensation

We offer an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on relevant experience, education, skills, and qualifications. This range is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of specific compensation levels for any applicant.
