Paint Preparation Specialist

About the Role
As a Paint Prep team member, you'll play a crucial role in getting vehicles ready for refinishing. Your duties will include sanding, masking, priming, and ensuring proper prep for painting. You'll also maintain safety standards, follow OSHA guidelines, and keep your workspace organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sand and mask vehicles to prepare for painting
- Apply primer and ensure proper adhesion
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace
- Follow OSHA guidelines and company policies
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
