We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Nichols College. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our firm, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of our firm's operations, including workflow management and human resources functions.
  • Work closely with our managing shareholder to set and review management goals on an annual basis, and provide regular updates on progress.
  • Serve as a key link between management and team members, as well as between our accounting and administrative staff, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage our firm's financial health, including pricing, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
  • Oversee our internal technology, including managing our outsourced IT services to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Review financial reports and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • Experience with business accounting software (such as QuickBooks or UltraTax) is preferred.
