The Force Protection Division, within the Homeland and Force Protection Business Area, is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager for a program supporting the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community. In this role, you will provide integrated operational support across the full cycle of SOF support (i.e., staff, train, exercise, educate, organize, sustain, and overall mission support) to conduct special operations.

SOCOM relies on trusted partners to leverage their unique skills, expertise, and resources to inform, develop, and integrate cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions that address warfighter mission needs.

Leidos seeks an exceptional Senior Program Manager with extensive experience managing large-scale programs with significant scope and complexity to lead our team of experts as they design, implement, and execute high-impact initiatives that meet the ever-evolving needs of our SOF clients.

You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, planning, analysis, experimentation, management, and concept testing to develop capabilities that meet operational challenges, which assist the government in identifying material and nonmaterial solutions that address those challenges.
