About the Role

Domino's Pizza is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle customer orders with a high level of professionalism and courtesy, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Operational Management: Assist in the management of restaurant operations, including staffing, cost control, food management, and inventory control.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products are prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting Domino's Pizza's quality guidelines.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork, including employee records, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as required.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality.
