Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Law Firm Support Specialist to join our team at Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC. As a Legal Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, including preparing and filing legal documents, processing and scanning mail, and managing office communications.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while working with multiple supervisors. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required. If you are a team player who enjoys interacting and communicating cooperatively with colleagues, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and file legal documents electronically and manually as requested by attorneys or paralegals.
* Process and scan team and client-related mail.
* Manage office communications, including receptionist duties and interoffice mail.
* Docketing and managing deadlines, scheduling, and calendaring as requested by the legal team.
* Provide general administrative support, including printing, mailing, package delivery or pick-up, organizing, and managing client document needs.
* Assist with client meeting needs, including facilitating food deliveries for attendees, securing conference rooms, and ensuring meeting set-ups have been completed.
* Maintain office appearance by ensuring conference rooms are presentable prior to meetings.

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college experience preferred
* Familiarity/proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Law firm or professional services experience preferred
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Solid interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building and listening
