Business Development Sales Representative

Your Key Responsibilities:- Research and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service through consistent communication and support
- Participate in sales training and education to stay up-to-date on industry trends and NTG's service offerings
- Meet or exceed established production metrics and sales targets
