Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care to newborns and infants in a dynamic healthcare environment
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Utilize strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex medical needs
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
* Current RN licensure and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
* Strong background in neonatal care and experience working with high-risk newborns
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
