Our team is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce nCino Business Analyst to join our Commercial Banking practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with nCino Commercial Banking managed package implementation, including modules such as Relationship Management, Loan/Opportunity management, Credit Memo, Covenant, Collateral, and Portal Salesforce configuration.

The successful candidate will lead solution design activities of complex requirements, participate in functional workshops to build out the functional Epic/story backlogs, and have experience working in agile methodology – Jira, User story creation and management.

Responsibilities will include documenting user stories and requirements provided by the business for implementation within nCino, updating and maintaining existing artifact documentation to ensure enhancements/changes that are made are reflected in solution related documentation, and providing testing support, as needed, for UAT and business signoff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Commercial Lending capabilities of the nCino platform and be able to quickly learn and understand functionality and capabilities to support business needs, stories, requirements, etc.
