Job Title: Salesforce Consultant

Cloudinity Inc is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and operate Salesforce systems to enhance user experience
  • Provide consulting and coaching on best practices in Salesforce administration and implementation
  • Work on Salesforce automation to streamline processes
  • Collaborate with the Project team and stakeholders to understand project needs and develop technology solutions
  • Define and manage a change management process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code
  • Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve them
  • Perform day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the connected Salesforce platform
  • Support the continued build-out of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep
  • Proactively recommend new features and improvements to optimize and grow the use of the platform
  • Apply Agile/Scrum development principles in day-to-day project work
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Web Components, SFDX, and Lightning Design System Framework)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience creating technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using the MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects
  • Consulting experience with medium to large consulting firms focusing on cloud computing related consulting
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and/or deploying solutions to end users
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Preferred Skills:
  • Programming languages (JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, CSS)
  • Development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, data migration tools, SOQL, web services, API development)
  • Web development tools (Visual Studio Code/Other IDE, AnyPoint Studio, Git Azure DevOps, ANT, Capado, etc.)
  • Familiarity with developing on other cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services, AnyPoint MuleSoft Platform
  • Experience developing for Salesforce Communities and Lightning App Builder
