Job Title: Salesforce nCino Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement nCino Commercial Banking solutions for clients, leveraging expertise in Relationship Management, Loan/Opportunity management, Credit Memo, Covenant, Collateral, and nCino Portal.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and nCino platforms.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of user stories, requirements, and testing procedures to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide expert guidance on nCino Commercial Banking capabilities, facilitating business requirements and process documentation.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar discipline in a mid-to-large-sized organization.
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com configuration and/or custom development across the suite of Salesforce products.
  • Expert presentation and communication skills to create and deliver top-quality presentations and demos to a broad audience.
  • Salesforce Active Certification is a must.
  • Experience working on Sales and Service Cloud.
