Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Caruso Ventures. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to work with a small team and gain valuable experience.

About the Role:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, including calendar management, email correspondence, and data entry tasks.
  • Manage travel arrangements, coordinate events, and handle logistical details to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist with human resources tasks, maintain employee records, and coordinate training sessions.
  • Ensure that all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Manage multiple email inboxes; prepare and edit email correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison for internal and external communications.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in GSuite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Slides, etc).
  • Experience with Notion and Slack a plus.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles a plus.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $72,000 - $82,000 per year, plus benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) plan with company match, and Life Insurance).
