Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor to join our team in New Bedford, MA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a supportive clinical environment for youth under 21 years of age and their families through In-Home Behavioral Therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans that address challenging behaviors.
  • Promote cultural sensitivity and awareness in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in human services field with Massachusetts independent license (LMHC; LICSW; LMFT; LADC I).
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in therapeutic/clinical settings.
  • Experience working with youth and families in therapeutic environments.
