HTS Engineering Ltd. is a leading commercial HVAC manufacturers' rep in North America, with 20 locations across the US and Canada. Our company is committed to ensuring the individual success of all those involved in a project's HVAC system selection, design, purchase, installation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Work safely following company policies and guidelines
  • Dispatch a team of technicians using company software and web-based programs as needed
  • Enter work orders daily
  • Verify packing slips for correct information
  • Provide technical support for purchase orders, job information, etc.
  • Process start-up reports from field personnel, attach to TRAX requests, save copies on the network, and forward to manufacturers
  • Support technicians with required materials follow-ups, address information, alternate site contacts, contractor details, review previous visit findings, etc....
  • Perform daily download activities, including attaching work orders to original requests
  • Order warranty parts as needed and follow up on part orders placed by field and technicians
  • Run payroll reports for assigned technicians, audit for accuracy, and submit to the payroll administrator
  • Review service reports and follow up with technicians and customers providing paperwork or work orders as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

  • A self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
  • A self-starter with a focus on contributing and succeeding

  • Pay Type: Hourly
  • Estimated Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
