Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Project Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for supporting the design process, ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations, and maintaining high-quality construction documents.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite. Job Responsibilities
  • Assist project architects, designers, and managers in executing specific assignments, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Prepare and oversee documentation for design development and construction documents, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review and process construction administration documents, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Conduct research on product and construction methods related to projects, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • At least 5 years of experience in all phases of architectural projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Actively pursuing architectural license (or already licensed) and LEED accreditation.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite, with a good understanding of building codes, regulations, and specifications.
  • Demonstrate independence, innovation, and vision in program, project design, and implementation.
  • Commitment to pursuing high-quality construction documents and meeting client expectations.

LPA Design Studios provides a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience, and project complexity.
