Key Responsibilities- Financial Leadership: Oversee the top-line financial responsibilities of the company, including sales, marketing, and customer success finances.
- Pipeline Management: Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and other departments to manage the pipeline from bookings to revenue.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Ensure alignment with the CFO and other stakeholders on financial goals and strategies, provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Financial Reporting: Manage and run financial reports in Salesforce and Excel, oversee the preparation and analysis of financial data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends and provide actionable insights to drive business performance, monitor and manage expenses related to sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on financial goals, communicate financial results and strategies effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Special Projects: Lead or participate in special projects as needed, ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in finance, preferably with a focus on sales and revenue management, experience in a transaction-based company is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel, experience with NetSuite is a plus, exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales and other departments.
- Personal Qualities: Friendly and supportive, adaptable and flexible, articulate and persuasive, high IQ and EQ, curious and coachable, commercially aware, resilient and tenacious, big picture and the detail.
- The hiring range for this position is from $167,000 to $189,000, based on Jumio's geographical salary band for the role.
