Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Current, valid, and active driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, and a clean driving record are mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare is preferred (experience in healthcare sales is advantageous).
  • Current, valid, and active clinical licensure is required (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist).

Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Ability to travel within the regional area regularly.

Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.

Demonstrates an understanding of patient demographics, regulatory requirements, reimbursements, etc., that influence overall hospital operations.

Proficient in general computer skills including:

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to collaborate closely and professionally with others.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients to determine if they meet admission criteria. Develop plans, conduct outreach, and present to potential referral sources. Integrate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice.
