Job Summary:

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Clinical Resource Coordinator RN to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring resource utilization, coordinating outside referrals, and ensuring high-quality care for our members.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, departments, and members to ensure seamless care coordination and effective resource management.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to enhance resource allocation and patient care.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements, external laws, and accreditation standards.
  • Provide education and support to staff, physicians, and members on resource management options and best practices.
Requirements:
Experience
  • Three to five years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on utilization review, case management, and discharge planning.
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED
License, Certification, Registration
  • Registered Nurse License (Colorado)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three to five years of hospital experience in ICU, CCU, or Med/Surg.
  • Associates degree in Nursing
  • Case Management experience preferred.
