Job Overview

Preferred Experience

While experience in personal injury, orthopedics, pain management, chiropractic, physical therapy, or neurology is advantageous, we welcome applications from recent graduates as well.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room patients upon arrival
  • Collect demographics, vital signs, and brief medical histories from new patients
  • Manage phone communications and triage calls
  • Handle requests for medical records
  • Conduct insurance verifications
  • Input patient demographics into the system
  • Oversee various office tasks
Essential Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory
  • Prior experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting or relevant certification is required
