Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the health and wellness aspects of our community, ensuring optimal resident functionality, safety, and well-being.
- Assist with medication administration and maintain accurate documentation for residents.
- Monitor patients/residents to assess progress and identify any side effects from medications.
- Record and track vital signs regularly.
- Support residents with daily living activities as needed.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other essential medical tasks.
- Collect laboratory samples as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license (Required)
- BLS Certification (Preferred, but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology.
- Excellent physical condition and stamina.
