Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the health and wellness aspects of our community, ensuring optimal resident functionality, safety, and well-being.
  • Assist with medication administration and maintain accurate documentation for residents.
  • Monitor patients/residents to assess progress and identify any side effects from medications.
  • Record and track vital signs regularly.
  • Support residents with daily living activities as needed.
  • Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other essential medical tasks.
  • Collect laboratory samples as required.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:
  • Current LPN license (Required)
  • BLS Certification (Preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology.
  • Excellent physical condition and stamina.
